Their prices are fair and they are great about setting a realistic timeframe for work completion. Saturday hours would be wonderful, but as another reviewer points out, it’s worth the wait.

Their prices are fair and they do good work. They’re always busy, which means it can take a bit of time (even with an appointment), but the quality and integrity means they still get five stars from me.
I live downtown and discovered a flat tire as I was headed out for work, a quick call to my car guys and Matt was ready to go pit-crew style when I pulled in five minutes later. He had my spare on in about ten minutes and I was back on my way. I told him I’d be back the next morning for new tires and he waved me off with a smile insisting that I couldn’t pay him for getting the spare put on. Classy guys!

If you need major repairs, their credit card usually has a 6-12 months same as cash deal, depending on which promotion they’re running. They’re also conveniently located downtown near the courthouse. And, they have free wifi in their lounge area. The staff is courteous & professional and the facility seems to be orderly and clean.
Also – if you buy tires from Goodyear they’ll give you free lifetime rotation…..a very good deal……

Very helpful and friendly, this place went beyond the norms of service to help me understand and deal with my car’s issues. They popped the hood and took time to show me the problems that needed attention. They also dropped me off at home while the car was worked on so I didn’t have to take a bus.
Slightly pricier than most auto repair services, both the excellent customer service and knowledge of German cars make this location worth the extra bucks.

The two previous Firestone shops both immediately said that not only the tire was shot but also the rim. Thankfully Joey, at the covington shop, not only kept me positive but also said they had specialist that they could fix the rim!
Within 30 minutes they had notified me that they had fixed the rim and the tired didn’t need replaced. Since my tire fell under the warranty, it was a pretty painless process. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!
